Description: | The Statistics Honors program allows you to choose from an extensive selection of courses on subjects ranging from the experimental, such as sampling techniques and statistical inference, to the theoretical, such as probability theory and stochastic processes. Graduates from this program can apply to become an Associate Statistician. Statistics can also be taken as part of a BSc Specialization or BSc General degree.
The Bachelor of Science Honors degree provides excellent training in one specific subject. As an Honors student, you will focus on one main field of study and must maintain a higher standard of academic achievement than students in a General or Specialization program. This is the best program if you plan to pursue a higher degree or a research-based or academic career. |
